This page explains how to have your personal data removed from https://rozgarmilega.com, operated by . It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect and why.

You can read this entire website without an account. If you never registered or subscribed, we hold no personal data about you beyond short-lived server logs, and there is nothing to delete.

Delete your account yourself

This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately — no request, no waiting.

  1. Log in and open the account menu in the top-right corner of any page.
  2. Choose Delete Account.
  3. Confirm when prompted.

Deleting your account removes:

  • Your profile — name, email address, password hash, phone number, date of birth and profile picture.
  • Your bookmarks, followed items and alert preferences.
  • Your email alert, digest and deadline-reminder subscriptions.
  • Any browser push-notification subscriptions.
  • For employer accounts, the vacancies posted from that account, which are taken down with it.

The deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you want a copy of your data, ask us for it before deleting the account.

If you subscribed to alerts without an account

Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link in its footer. Using it removes your address and preferences from our list. You can also email us at info@rozgarmilega.com from the subscribed address and we will remove it for you.

Ask us to delete your data

If you cannot log in, or you want data removed that the self-service deletion does not cover, write to info@rozgarmilega.com with the subject Data deletion request. Tell us the email address on the account so we can find it.

We may need to confirm your identity before acting, which usually means replying from the address on the account. We respond within 30 days, and in practice much sooner. There is no charge.

What we keep, and why

A small amount of data survives deletion, because we are required to keep it or cannot tie it to you:

  • Editorial activity records — if you held an editorial or administrative role, the audit trail of content changes is retained. It records what was changed on the public site, not personal data about readers.
  • Server logs — kept for a short rolling window for security and abuse investigation, then discarded automatically.
  • Aggregate analytics — already anonymised and not linked to an identifiable person, so it cannot be isolated and removed.
  • Records we must retain by law — kept only where a statutory obligation applies, and only for as long as it applies.

Data from Facebook and Instagram

This site does not offer Facebook Login and collects no personal data from Facebook or Instagram users. Our Meta application exists for one purpose: publishing our own job notifications to our own Facebook Page and Instagram account. It reads nothing about the people who see those posts.

If you followed a link here from one of those posts, no data about you was shared with us by Meta. To remove our app's access from your own Meta account, or to manage data held by Meta rather than by us, use the settings in your Facebook or Instagram account.
