Forward Deployed Engineer

The role sits between engineering and the customer: you deploy AI-powered solutions, solve complex implementation problems, and close the gap between the product as built and the product as used in the real world.

What you will do

• Work closely with customers to understand technical requirements
• Configure, deploy and optimise product implementations
• Build integrations using APIs and automation tools
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions
• Collaborate with engineering to improve product capabilities
• Develop scripts, dashboards and internal tools
• Document solutions and best practices

Requirements

• 0–3 years of software engineering experience, including internships
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript
• Understanding of REST APIs and web technologies
• Familiarity with databases and SQL
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities

Good to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)
• Knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes
• Familiarity with AI APIs, LLMs or automation platforms
