Role description

The Marketing Intern assists in conducting market research, analysing marketing strategies, supporting customer service initiatives and contributing to sales efforts. Day to day, that means collaborating with team members to develop actionable marketing plans, optimising customer engagement strategies and supporting digital marketing initiatives that promote the company's cybersecurity services.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills, to collaborate effectively and address client needs
• Experience with market research and the ability to analyse industry trends and competitor practices
• Proficiency in devising and executing marketing strategies for business growth
• Exposure to sales techniques and lead generation strategies
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
• Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• An understanding of cybersecurity concepts is a plus, though not mandatory
