Cretzo – The Future of Handmade Commerce is looking for motivated Freelance Seller Acquisition Partners to help us onboard talented handmade artists, creators, craft makers, and small businesses onto our marketplace.

Role: Freelance Seller Acquisition Partner
Work: Remote / Work from Home
Type: Flexible / Part-time (2-3hr daily)
Earnings: Performance-based incentives

What you will do:

Contact seller leads provided by Cretzo.
Explain Cretzo and its benefits to potential sellers.
Follow up with interested sellers.
Help sellers complete registration and KYC.
Encourage sellers to upload products and become active.
Maintain simple daily reporting of calls, follow-ups and conversions.
Leads Provided by Cretzo

You do not need to find your own leads. Cretzo will provide seller leads. Your responsibility will be to connect with them, follow up and convert them into active sellers.

Incentive Structure

₹50 – Seller completes registration/KYC
₹50 – Seller becomes active/uploads products
₹100 – Seller's first order is successfully delivered
Up to ₹200 per successfully activated seller

Higher performance can lead to continued freelance opportunities with Cretzo.

Initial Daily Target

30–40 leads contacted
15–20 meaningful conversations
5–8 interested sellers
2–3 registrations/KYC
Quality conversations and genuine conversions are more important than simply making calls.

Certificate

A Cretzo Certificate of Freelance Experience will be provided to freelancers who successfully complete the agreed engagement period and meet the required performance/participation criteria.

This can be useful for your CV, LinkedIn profile and future sales/business-development opportunities.
