As per the official notification: Uttarakhand SC/ST/OBC candidates get 5 years relaxation in the upper age limit (Shasanadesh No. 1399 dated 21 May 2005). Uttarakhand Divyang (PwD) candidates get 10 years relaxation for Group C posts (Shasanadesh No. 1244 dated 21 May 2005). Dependents of Uttarakhand freedom fighters get 5 years relaxation. Ex-servicemen may deduct their armed forces service duration from their actual age, provided the resulting age does not exceed the upper age limit by more than 3 years.

Accountant (BRIDCUL): ₹35,400–₹1,12,400 (Level-6). Assistant Accountant posts (UPCL/PTCUL/UJVNL/BRIDCUL): ₹29,800–₹94,300 (Level-5). Assistant Accountant posts (UKTDB/Jal Sansthan/Directorate of Departmental Accounts/district treasuries/Directorate Treasury Pension & Entitlement/Prosecution Dept): ₹29,200–₹92,300 (Level-5). Office Assistant-III (Accounts, PTCUL): ₹27,200–₹86,100 (Level-4). Cashier cum Assistant Accountant (UERC): ₹25,500–₹81,100 (Level-4).

Only the Accountant (BRIDCUL) post requires relevant accounting experience — B.Com with MBA(Finance)/PGDBA(Finance) requires a minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in Govt./Semi-Govt./Public Sector/reputed company, plus at least 3 years served in the post/grade immediately below the applied post. No experience is required for the other posts.
